Nicola reached out to us at a real turning point—she was ready to shift from wedding to brand and business photography. Feeling that her current brand just didn't fit who she was becoming, Nicola was on the lookout for a fresh start that truly showed off her personal evolution and connected with her main audience: female entrepreneurs facing their own challenges with visibility and confidence. She had a strong vision: to be a go-to expert in brand photography, building a supportive and understanding space where her clients could really shine. Nicola needed a brand and online presence that would help her make a real difference, and we wanted to capture her energy, her confidence and her individuality.

WHAT WERE YOU STRUGGLING WITH THAT LED YOU TO US?
My business branding and identity no longer suited me and I was finding myself apologising for the wedding branding as I handed my cards out. I was also finding it demotivating to plan anything long term when it come to client acquisition as my heart just wasn't in it.
WHAT’S CHANGED SINCE WORKING WITH US?
Everything is so different now! I feel like I've got a brand and website that really suits me and I'm no longer apologising for the former version of me! I've got a long term client acquisition plan and am happily moving along with it.
WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF YOU HADN’T WORKED WITH US?
I would have lost all momentum and carried on hiding away, which is ironic since my business model is all about making my clients visible!
CAN YOU DO MORE NOW?
So much! I felt like Eleanor really understood me, and that comes across in my new branding, the new messaging and even in the words used on the website. Matt's approach to web design is just what I was looking for - zero faff! I'm now armed with all the tools to make my business a success. If I fuck it up, it's my own fault now.
